This 26,000 square foot grocery store in Los Angeles was logistically challenging. The tenant improvement was on the 2nd floor so all plumbing waste lines (typically run underground) were installed in the ceiling space of the retail unit below. The store featured new prototype décor which included a deli island with floating ceiling.
