AGI demolished the roof structure and three exterior walls of this building to keep the existing setbacks required to expand the current 19,000 square-foot footprint into a new 30,000 square-foot grocery store. This store features a 58’ main tower, a 36’ tower adorned with a standing seam copper roof, and custom tile murals on the building exterior. The redeveloped 2.29-acre site boasts a new street intersection and associated traffic signals, decorative stamped/colored hardscape, landscape throughout, and a new bio-retention storm drain assembly.
