CVS Pharmacy

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

AGI constructed this 65,500-sf site and new 14,500 sf two story store in Los Angeles, Ca. The project entails one level of retail and pharmacy space and a second level of storage. The structure consists of structural steel, cmu, steel framing, MEP/FA/Security systems and many different finishes. The site work included demolishing three existing buildings, two underground bioretention systems, new utility services, and removal and replacement of almost 1,200 linear feet of city sidewalk.
