Construction of this 23,000 square-foot office space on the 5th floor of a six-story building involved framed partitions and glass walls, new finishes, as well as multiple large conference rooms with operable partitions that allow the space to be divided into multiple smaller rooms. The project required a high amount of coordination between tenants above and below the 5th floor as we completed significant structural and mechanical upgrades.
