Fisher Phillips Office


AGI constructed this 5,300 square-foot tenant improvement expansion on the 16th floor of a 48-story Class A high-rise building in the Bunker Hill area of Downtown Los Angeles. Construction consisted of a high-density office layout with framed partitions and a DIRTT modular glass system at the front of the offices, along with Herculite doors and frameless glass partitions at the lobby area. The project’s fast-track schedule required a high degree of coordination between building engineering staff, building management staff, and building tenants — all while accommodating off-hour construction timeframes.
