Fresenius enlisted AGI to convert this abandoned building into their full service dialysis clinic. Exterior upgrades include refreshing the stucco and paint and installing all new roofing. The interior consists of a large treatment room and isolation room with a 2 hour rated separation between those areas and the rest of the clinic. The remainder of the building includes offices, exam rooms, locker rooms and water treatment room.
