Bell Gardens Shell and Structural Upgrades

BELL GARDENS, CALIFORNIA

Shell Remodel, Expansion, and Seismic Upgrades of a 40,500 SF Building which included new exterior façade and canopies, structural upgrades, roof, skylights, new loading dock, HVAC units, Switchgear and panels, and landscaping and irrigation. The entire façade along the South and West elevations was constructed to a new design with new canopies and architectural features with three new entries. All the exterior façade and shell structure work was completed in 39 weeks.
