LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA

AGI teamed up with Pavilions and performed a full-scale Remodel of their 37,044 SF Grocery Store, which encompassed many changes including a beautiful “Ultra-Premium” décor package, new wine cellar, tasting area and concierge room. A few of the other enhancements to this store involved the addition of a Homeopath area at the Pharmacy, new Floral millwork, French Doors at the Dairy Cooler, Restroom finishes, refinish of the Starbucks kiosk, and a fresh coat of paint on the building exterior.
