CUDAHY, CALIFORNIA

AGI completed a 25,000-square-foot tenant improvement with extensive shell improvements and modifications for Sprouts Farmers Market. This location required a total interior demolition of the existing space. The front façade was entirely removed and reconstructed with a new tower and canopies. In addition to the interior tenant improvement, we also installed a new roof, a new interior concrete slab, and a new grease interceptor.
