RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA

Tenant Improvement of a 21,500 SF Grocery Store which included a demo of the existing facade and construction of a new facade, storefront, and entrance.  The building features structural upgrades, new HVAC units and distribution, new interior lighting and associated controls, cooler/freezer storage boxes, refrigerated cases, multiple offices, and a warehouse. The project was on an accelerated schedule and finished weeks ahead of the original completion date.
