CYPRESS, CALIFORNIA

AGI completed a 9,980 square foot expansion and remodel of the Ralphs store located in Cypress. The project expanded the existing 46,503 square foot grocery store into a vacant adjacent tenant space. The work included structural modifications to open the existing exterior wall and integrate the new expansion into the current store layout. The scope of work included new framing, HVAC systems, and new refrigerated cases throughout both the existing store and the expansion area. The project also included construction of several new interior spaces, including a produce prep room, produce cooler, offices, floral department, Murray’s Cheese island, and a new employee breakroom. In addition to the expansion, AGI completed a full remodel of all existing store departments to modernize and update the entire store.
