APPLE VALLEY, CALIFORNIA

AGI constructed the site development improvements for the new Apple Bear Retail center, located on an 8.78-acre site with several building pads and a Sprouts Farmers Market. The scope includes new sewer and storm drains, parking lots, upgraded site power and lighting, offsite street widening, new traffic signals, construction of new trash enclosures, and a complete landscape and irrigation installation. AGI constructed the exterior CMU shell and interior build-out of the Sprouts Farmers Market, which is approximately 23,000 Square Feet. AGI’s scope of work for the interior of the Sprouts Farmers Market included fixture installation, new mechanical systems, refrigeration systems, plumbing, and electrical distribution to support grocery store operations.
